Scottish law firm Ledingham Chalmers has acquired Inverness-based legal practice Anderson Shaw & Gilbert (ASG) as part of its growth strategy.
ASG’s private client team, as well as its commercial property, corporate, and rural teams, will trade under the Ledingham Chalmers brand.
ASG was founded in the 1880s and provides legal advice to private individuals and business clients in the North of Scotland.
