UK legal and professional services business Knights Group Holdings has acquired Leeds-based firm Shulmans for up to £20.1 million and ASB Law, based in Crawley and Maidstone, for around £8.5 million.

The acquisition spree significantly increases Knights’ footprint by providing entry into markets beyond London and into the North.

David Beech, chief executive of Knights, said that he was “delighted” with the acquisitions, adding that they mark the firm’s our entry into “new and important” markets.
