Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP), a big London-based law firm has recruited Murray North to reinforce its trusts and personal tax team. He joins BLP from Clifford Chance, where he has been a partner since 1990.

BLP claims to have the largest and broadest based tax practice in the London legal market. Following Mr North’s recruitment it will have 23 partners in the department, which provides contentious and advisory tax advice across corporate, finance, real estate, funds, VAT, personal tax, trusts and charities.
