London ($33,000) is the third most expensive residential market worldwide by US$ per square meter following behind New York ($34,000) and Monaco ($49,000), according to research compiled by location analytics provider Webster Pacific and New World Wealth.
The 2018 Worldwide Residential Market Index report which ranked 20 cities listed St Tropez ($32,000) as the fourth most expensive residential market followed by St Jean Cap Ferrat in France ($31,000).
