Macfarlanes has hired Tom Henderson as head of trusts and personal tax.
He has joined from Charles Russell Speechlys, where he was head of trusts for just over a year.
In that role, Mr Henderson was responsible for the international law firm’s trust administration business.
He is a Chartered accountant and Chartered tax adviser with over 25 years’ experience advising private clients and trustees.
