London-based private client law firm Maurice Turnor Gardner (MTG) has appointed Rupert Ticehurst as head of litigation.
He has joined from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) where he was head of private client litigation since 2011. He has a background in advising on trusts, wills and tax planning but spends most of his time engaged in litigation. Prior to BCLP he was at Herbert Smith, where he was a partner and headed its private wealth and charities practice.
