Accountancy and advisory firm, Mazars, has hired Andrew Spence and Andrew Westhead to join as partners and head the tax teams in Birmingham and the North West respectively.

Mr Spence provides proactive commercial tax advice to private individuals, local entrepreneurs, and non-profits and has held previous senior tax roles at EY and the National Grid.
