Metamorph Group acquires Yorkshire-based national law firm

Growing UK legal firm Metamorph Group has acquired Yorkshire-based national law firm, Beaumont Legal.

The acquisition strengthens the group’s national coverage particularly in residential conveyancing and remortgage services. The deal takes the group’s underlying revenue to in excess of £30 million per annum and the 129 Beaumont Legal staff will increase total number of staff in the group to over 550.
