UK accountancy firms MHA and MHA Moore and Smalley have completed their merger, following the deal's announcement in January 2024.
This deal brings MHA’s headcount to just over 1,745 people and 22 offices with 122 partners.
This represents the fourth deal that MHA, the UK member of Baker Tilly International, has completed in the past year.
