New leaders not given adequate learning and development, Winckworth Sherwood finds

Around a quarter (23 percent) of employers do not provide any learning and development (L&D) to their new leaders, according to new research by UK law firm Winckworth Sherwood.

Where organisations are providing some form of L&D, 69 percent of HR leaders believe it is inadequate.
