According to new research, London-based law firms are struggling to fill job vacancies as the demand for legal services and rising numbers of lawyers leaving their posts has resulted in a shortage of permanent staff.
The data gathered by recruiter BCL Legal and labour market analytics group Vacancysoft showed that UK law firms advertised more than 2,300 jobs for London-based associates between January and November last year in a record hiring spree.
