South East UK law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has appointed corporate tax lawyer Nitzan Cohen, to work as a consultant alongside its corporate and commercial teams, providing advice to clients on a range of business tax related matters.

Bringing over 19 years of experience to the firm, Mr Cohen will consult on tax implications in connection with issues such as mergers and acquisitions, corporation tax, property taxes, share acquisitions and disposals, company restructuring, private equity financed transactions, employment tax, options and share schemes.
