The UK government has published a policy paper entitled No Safe Havens 2019.

This is designed to build on the existing No Safe Havens 2013 and 2014 papers and is designed to outline HMRC’s strategy for offshore tax compliance.

The report stated that No Safe Havens 2019 aims to bring together HMRC’s approach to offshore non-compliance.
