Oak Group, a new private client, corporate services and fund administration group, has appointed Paul Schreibke as managing director of its private client services business in Guernsey, subject to regulatory approval.

In this role, he will help shape the firm’s strategy as Oak continues to grow both organically and by further acquisitions. He will also integrate new teams as the business evolves and will work with employees in Guernsey to support their development.
