International law practice Osborne Clarke has appointed Matthew Briggs as a senior associate in its London private client team.

Mr Briggs has joined from Taylor Wessing and specialises in tax, estate and succession planning for individuals and families, often with an international focus.  

He also advises on general private client matters such as wills, trusts and powers of attorney alongside domicile and residence issues.
