London law firm Payne Hicks Beach has acquired sports law practice Solesbury Gay.
Solesbury Gay is a niche firm practicing exclusively in sports law.
Through the acquisition, Solesbury Gay partner, Mark Gay, joined Payne Hicks Beach in October and has become a partner.
