Jersey-based Garfield-Bennett Trust Company Limited has been acquired by the Summit Group, with support from private equity firm Sovereign Capital Partners.
Garfield-Bennett will expand Summit Group’s international footprint and referrer base as part of the latter’s ‘Buy & Build’ strategy that has been in place since Sovereign Capital Partners supported the MBO of Summit Group in 2020.
