Pre-nuptial agreements, often considered unromantic and of the distant realm of celebrity, are a critical facet of financial planning and, rather than being viewed in isolation, should be seen as another part of a client’s "wealth preservation armour".

The argument, put forward by Charlotte Knight, an associate at Wragge Lawrence Graham, at a private capital breakfast seminar at the law firm\'s London office this week (14/07/2015), was that the British taboo surrounding prenups - which are a far more commonplace practice globally - ought to be dispelled and instead they should be considered by families...
