Fiduciary services provider Fairway has promoted 11 staff and hired a director.

Caroline Brown was appointed as a director in the private client team.

Ms Brown's private banking background has given her experience in the corporate governance of structuring for high-risk and high-profile clients. 

She has joined Fairway from EFG where she was trust director for eight years, having previously worked at Coutts for 18 years.
