Alice advises a wide range of UK domiciled and foreign domiciled clients from entrepreneurs to landed gentry in relation to UK tax matters and their trust and personal estate planning affairs.  Alice also advises offshore trustees on trust administration and UK tax queries, particularly in relation to the tax regime following Finance Act 2008.  In 2007/2008, Alice spent 6 months on secondment at an offshore trust company in Zurich.
