PwC removes 2:1 requirement for undergraduate and graduate roles

PwC has removed the 2:1 degree classification requirement from its undergraduate and graduate roles, internships, and placements.

The move aims to open opportunities to more people to increase the diversity of the firm and improve its social mobility.

It believes it can diversify its graduate intake by taking on those who may not have the top academic achievements but have the attributes and capabilities for a career within the firm.
