Following the devestation wrought on the jurisdiction by Hurricane Dorian, Bahamas' Prime Minister Hubert Minnis has - speaking at a press conference at the National Emergency Management Agency this week (3 September 2019) - said that it is "open to business" following what he described as "an historic tragedy".
