Research shows China and Russia as money laundering hotspots

The impoverished Caribbean nation of Haiti sits top of the Basel Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Index, though research by compliance technology firm Credas Technologies has shown that regarding the total value of money laundering based on GDP, China and Russia are the top offenders.
