Retrial secured in forged will dispute

The mother and brother of the late Dean Brunt have secured a retrial of their challenge to a will that they believe was forged.

The case – known as Brunt vs Wrangle - concerns the validity of Dean Brunt’s will, which had been prepared and signed by a Land Agent, who had previously been convicted of an unrelated fraud and died before the trial took place.

The will was only discovered 10 years after Mr Brunt's death and eight days before a mediation session ...
