Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM has appointed four new partners to its London team.

The new partners are: Sheena McGuinness and Paul Clark (tax), Peter Allen (accounting and business advisory practice) and Theresa Guermellou (technology consulting).

Ms McGuinness’s career spans over 20 years and joins the firm from BDO where she was renewables tax lead. Previously she also worked at EY, where most recently she was corporate tax director.

In her new role, her work will encompass managing the life cycle of tax, from acquisition, tax filing and advice, through to divestment preparation and readiness.
