Scottish law firm Lindsays has promoted private client solicitor Lynsey Kerr to partner.

Ms Kerr who has been at the firm since 2013, most recently as senior associate is involved with the administration of estates, tax planning and asset protection. This includes drafting wills, trusts and powers of attorney.

She also has a STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (Scotland).

Lindsays has also promoted Kirsty Cooper (residential property) to director and Darren Lightfoot (commercial property) to associate.
