Central London and Essex-based law firm Fisher Jones Greenwood has completed its acquisition of Sudbury and Braintree-based Steed and Steed. The acquisition has been supported by private equity firm the Blixt Group.
Steed and Steed will become part of the FJG group and operate under the Fisher Jones Greenwood name, led by FJG chief executive Tony Fisher and its chief operating officer, Paula Cameron.
