National law firm Shoosmiths has launched a new luxury asset litigation group following the appointment of Elliot Bishop as a senior associate. London-based Mr Bishop will head up the new group, which will provide specialist legal advice on a wide range of luxury assets including yachts, original artwork and classic cars.
