Smith & Williamson, the accountancy, investment management and tax group, has promoted 13 to partner.

Of the 13 promotions, three were made in the firm’s private client tax department which advises individuals, families and business owners on tax matters.

Julia Rosenbloom in the private client tax team in Birmingham, Lee Webster and Krista Woodman - based in Salisbury and Cheltenham respectively - have all been promoted.
