South Africa set to introduce full asset disclosure for all wealthy taxpayers

During his National budget speech, the South African Minister of Finance, Enoch Godongwana, addressed certain tax proposals specifically targeting wealthy taxpayers as part of a broader disclosure of the country’s wealth programme.
