Stewarts Law has hired Emma McCall as a new associate to its trust and probate litigation department.

A former eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35, Ms McCall joins the team from Withers where she had seven years of experience with the law firm\'s contentious trusts and succession team. She acts for fiduciaries, beneficiaries and adverse claimants in relation to multi-jurisdictional trust litigation, often touching on conflict on law issues.
