International law firm Withers has promoted four senior lawyers to partner with effect from 1 January 2022.
The four promotions bring the firm's total number of partners to 200 and reflect the international makeup of the firm, bwing based in Boston, San Francisco, Milan and the British Virgin Islands.
In Boston, the new partner is Andrew Gay, who advises on venture capital transactions, representing both VC funds and emerging companies. The new partner in San Francisco is Amy Hespenheide, who advises clients on estate planning, trust and probate matters, as well as philanthropic giving.
