South East England-based law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has added Simon Mitchell to the firm as a partner. Mr Mitchell has been appointed from Adams & Remers and has over 20 years’ experience specialising in wills, tax and estate planning. 

Mr Mitchell’s practice encompasses a wide breadth of private client matters ranging from capital gains tax planning to probate and the administration of estates advice. He also has in-depth capabilities in the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney. Mr Mitchell will work closely with Nicola Plant, head of the firm’s private client team.
