Route1, a new online marketplace which connects lawyers and legal employers, has launched a so-called ‘tinder like’ mobile app which aims to change how law firms hire lawyers.

Introduced to the UK five months ago, Route1’s app matches lawyers with relevant jobs based on their location, PQE and specialisation, allowing them to retain anonymity until they apply for a job.
