TMF Group appoints global governance head for firm's trust division

TMF Group has hired André Nagelmaker as global head of global governance services for the firm\'s trust & corporate services division. Starting on 1 June 2016, Mr Nagelmaker will be responsible for the overall expansion of global governance services.

Mr Nagelmaker joins from SGG Netherlands N.V. where he was statutory director and chairman of the board. Throughout his career he has held senior level positions for several trust and corporate services firms.
