Trust and fiduciary services provider TMF Group has reportedly chosen London for a £1 billion planned flotation.
The Dutch firm’s owner, private equity firm Doughty Hanson, is working to bring TMF Group to market following the summer. According to The Sunday Telegraph, Goldman Sachs and HSBC are assisting Doughty Hanson, which rebranded to DH Private Equity Partners last week, with the offering.
