Professional services firm TMF has acquired payroll and accounting services provider Novacon Bulgaria OOD (Novacon). 

TMF – which serves more than 8,000 clients in 85 jurisdictions – has used the acquisition to expand its South-East European offering.

Novacon, based in Sofia, has a team of 30 staff providing professional payroll, accounting and tax services across multiple sectors in Bulgaria for local and international firms.
