Trethowans makes three female partner appointments to address 'gender imbalances'

South of England law firm Trethowans has hired three female partners in a “commitment to addressing gender imbalance”. Two existing employees have been promoted while a new member of staff has joined the firm. 

Previously a senior associate within the family team, Kimberley Davies is now a partner based in the firm’s Poole and Bournemouth offices.
