UK landlords remain optimistic and plan to expand their portfolios in the year ahead, research shows

Professional (SME) landlords are planning to expand their portfolios as optimism about residential and commercial property builds despite fears of an economic downturn and the cost of living crisis, research from property business specialist Handelsbanken showed.
