The children of wealthy Londoners are the most likely, regionally, to benefit from gifted money during their parents’ lifetime.

According to wealth manager Brown Shipley, 73 percent of wealthy parents in London said they will gift money to their children. The next most likely to receive gifts were those in the East of England (63 percent) and the South West (58 percent).
