PPS Chartered Accountants has merged with personal tax practice, Susan Papworth-Smith Chartered Tax Advisor in a move to expand its services to individual clients. 

The deal sees Susan Papworth-Smith join PPS in a full-time capacity, bringing with her 40 clients.
