UK law firm Langleys Solicitors has appointed four new partners amid the firm’s expansion into Manchester.
The four new partners are: James Knowles, Peter Oakes, Richard Tomlinson and Martin Smith.
Based in the firm’s York office, Mr Knowles is a private client lawyer who joins Langleys from Weightmans where he was a partner. Prior to this he was an associate at George Davies Solicitors for six years.
Joining as head of the new Manchester office, Mr Oakes, a counter fraud specialist, brings 22 years’ experience in the insurance law sector. He joins from Keoghs, where he was a partner.
