UK lost 2,000 high net worths last year – report

The UK lost 2,000 high net worth individuals (HNWIs) in in 2019, a new piece of analysis suggests.

Volatility and uncertainty surrounding Brexit were cited as possible reasons for the exodus of some millionaires. Overall, the number of HWNIs was flat year-on-year, as departees were replaced by new wealth creation and immigrants.
