UK's pandemic property market boom begins to plateau

A month-on-month dip in mortgage approvals has caused many to speculate whether the UK pandemic property market boom will soon fizzle out, according to property lending specialists Octane Capital.

Octane's new market analysis has revealed that the volume of mortgages approved on house purchases has climbed very little on an annual basis.
