Unwanted Christmas gifts set to find charitable homes, KPMG research finds

Unwanted Christmas gifts are most likely to be donated to charity, according to new research by KPMG in the UK.

KPMG polled 3000 people from across the UK at the beginning of last month, asking what they were most likely to do with unwanted gifts that they received this Christmas.

The most popular option (for 21 percent of people) was to donate the unwanted gifts to charity – this was also the highest regionally (at 25 percent) in the North West of England...
