Updated EU tax blacklist adds Dominica whilst Barbados drops off

The EU has added Dominica to its list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes, also known as the tax blacklist.

At the same time, Barbados has been removed from the list.

The changes to the list take into consideration recently released ratings from the OECD Global Forum for Transparency and Exchange of Information regarding exchange of information on request (EOIR).

The EU requires jurisdictions to be at least “largely compliant” with the international stand...
