Global trust, fund administration and corporate services provider, Vistra has appointed Paul Sewell as compliance director, UK, Ireland and Channel Islands, effective immediately.

Based in Jersey, he will be responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of Vistra’s compliance strategy in the region. He will play a critical role in ensuring Vistra continues its track record of meeting international compliance standards and local regulatory requirements.
