Global trust, fund administration and corporate services provider, Vistra, has appointed Eric Lodge as senior director, client services and Stephen Smith as sales director, Canada, effective immediately. 

The appointments are part of Vistra’s efforts to bolster its client services and sales teams in North America as the organisation expands its capabilities and presence in the region.
