Global corporate service, trust and fund administration provider, Vistra, has announced that London Legalisation Services (LLS), a London-based provider of legalisation and consular services, has been officially rebranded as Vistra.
Established in July 2012, LLS arranges the legalisation of documents and provides other consular services in London for clients ranging from international law firms to corporate service providers and private clients. Its experienced team have built strong working relationships with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and all the major Embassies. It was acquired by Vistra in 2015.
