eprivateclient Top 25 Law Firm Withers has appointed Marcus Hinkley as special counsel in its Singapore office with effect from 8 August 2016.

Mr Hinkley joins from Collas Crill where he was formerly the head of the trust group practice at Collas Crill in the Channel Islands, and since 2012, the head of the firm’s Singapore office.

Mr Hinkley advises trust companies, bank family offices and wealthy families on all aspects of private wealth structuring, with an emphasis on the Southeast Asian region.
